MrBeast joins Dubai’s 1 Billion Followers Summit
DUBAI – The 1 Billion Followers Summit has announced a landmark collaboration with global content creator MrBeast – real name Jimmy Donaldson – to launch the “1 Billion Acts of Kindness” campaign, the world’s largest creator-led social impact initiative.
Backed by the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI) and the Varkey Foundation, the campaign aims to unite creators from around the world in building a culture of kindness through powerful, socially-driven content.
Launching today, the campaign will invite creators to document and share acts of kindness that make a difference in their communities. Whether through volunteering, donation drives, or raising awareness for social causes, participants will collectively contribute towards achieving one billion acts of kindness across the globe.
How to participate
Content creators can join the initiative by submitting a video that highlights their contribution to positive change, from supporting People of Determination and assisting the elderly to planting trees or offering educational support. Submissions will remain open until 1st December 2025 via the official link.
Entries must include the hashtags #1BKindness and #1BillionSummit. The evaluation process will be led jointly by the 1 Billion Followers Summit, MBRGI, the Varkey Foundation, and Beast Industries, with focus on authenticity, creativity, storytelling, and measurable impact.
The top 10 content creators whose projects create the greatest positive influence will be announced during the 4th edition of the 1 Billion Followers Summit, which will take place in Dubai from 9th to 11th January 2026.
What happens next
During the Summit, MrBeast will unveil the chosen creators and strategic partners who will collaborate on expanding the initiative. These selected participants will work directly with MrBeast and his production team to carry out large-scale acts of kindness around the world – all of which will be documented and featured across his digital platforms.
The campaign’s activities will span a broad range of humanitarian efforts, from feeding the homeless to providing education for children in need. It also includes supporting the environment through reforestation and sustainable community projects, ensuring that each act contributes to long-term global good.
