As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Trinity Vision, Dr. Eugene has established an organization dedicated to restoring hope to individuals and families facing difficult circumstances. Through programs that provide clothing, food, toiletries, backpacks, holiday assistance, and other essential resources, Trinity Vision has become a beacon of compassion for countless people throughout Georgia.
Her outreach extends well beyond meeting immediate needs. Dr. Eugene believes every act of service should empower individuals to move forward with dignity, confidence, and renewed purpose.
Alongside her nonprofit leadership, she also serves as CEO of TriUnity Global and Trinity Global Works, organizations committed to strengthening communities through business development, leadership, and collaborative partnerships. Her work demonstrates that business success and humanitarian service can work hand in hand to create lasting change.

Throughout her career, Dr. Eugene has organized numerous community initiatives that continue to improve lives across Houston County and beyond.
Her humanitarian efforts include:
- Coordinating annual toy drives for children during the Christmas season.
- Providing Thanksgiving turkeys and meals to families in need.
- Distributing backpacks and school supplies to students.
- Organizing charitable golf tournaments benefiting military veterans.

Dr. Eugene’s passion for service reaches far beyond the borders of Georgia.
In 2015, she was appointed as a United Nations Ambassador, recognizing her commitment to humanitarian leadership and global cooperation. Through this role, she has embraced opportunities to advocate for initiatives that promote peace, education, community development, and international collaboration.
Originally from the beautiful Caribbean nation of Trinidad and Tobago, Dr. Eugene brings a unique global perspective to her leadership while proudly serving her adopted home of Warner Robins, Georgia. Her multicultural experiences have strengthened her belief that compassion is a universal language capable of uniting people across cultures and communities.
A Lifelong Commitment to Learning
Education has always played a central role in Dr. Eugene’s leadership journey.
She earned her Bachelor of Business Management from American InterContinental University and completed pre-licensing studies in Real Estate through Macon State College. She is also the recipient of an Honorary Doctorate from CICA International University and Seminary, is an ordained minister, a certified life coach, and holds certification in Mental Health First Aid.
Her commitment to lifelong learning enables her to mentor others with wisdom, empathy, and practical leadership experience.
Leadership Through Service
Beyond her executive responsibilities, Dr. Eugene remains deeply engaged in volunteerism and civic leadership.
She has volunteered with the American Red Cross and Ronald McDonald House, while also serving through organizations including Rotary International, Toastmasters International, the Order of the Eastern Star, the Fraternal Order of Eagles, and other community service organizations dedicated to improving the lives of others.
Her unwavering commitment to humanitarian work has earned numerous honors, including Lifetime Humanitarian Awards recognizing decades of distinguished community service and leadership.

Reigning Queen | May 2025 – May 2026, Dr. Eugene views her title as an extension of her lifelong mission to serve.
She plans to use her platform to expand mentorship opportunities, empower women leaders, strengthen families, promote financial literacy, encourage educational excellence, and build stronger partnerships throughout Houston County.
Working alongside schools, nonprofit organizations, businesses, churches, and civic leaders, she is committed to creating programs that inspire individuals to recognize their value and pursue lives of purpose.
“My goal is to ensure that every person I encounter knows they are seen, valued, and capable of achieving greatness,” says Dr. Eugene. “Leadership begins when we choose to lift others.”
